Return Policy 

We will happily exchange or provide refunds for any unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your shipment. After 14 days, all sales are final. All sale items, pieces purchased during flash sales, vintage pieces, hair accessories and intimates are final sale. Items purchased with gift cards are non-refundable and can only be returned for store credit. We do not provide refunds on shipping costs. Returned items must retain all original tags and packaging. Please exercise caution when trying on your garments - returns of dirty or stained items will not be accepted . Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

International Shipments & Customs

International orders typically arrive within 5-10 days of shipping. Certain countries have longer processing times. Your country of residence may require you to pay customs / duty charges in order to receive your order. This is entirely at the discretion of the customs department officials in your country of residence and your responsibility as the buyer to pay. Gil Rodriguez is not responsible for payment or reimbursement of customs and duty charges.

By law, we cannot change the value of orders on commercial invoices or mark items as a gift. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund if/when the items are returned to us. If your items are abandoned (not returned to sender) due to your refusal or inability to pay the customs charges, you will not be eligible for a refund on your order.  

Processing Times

Orders are normally processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that during peak sale periods this processing window may be slightly longer due to the high volume of sales. 

For pre orders if you would like to purchase additional items to be shipped at an earlier date please place a separate order.

Please keep in mind that we are a small team allow up to 3 business days for a response to your customer service inquiry.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs may vary depending on location and weight. 

Please note that customs and duty charges may apply and are at the discretion of the customs agents in your country. We are not responsible for the cost of duties on international shipments.

If you are required to pay duties and you fail to do so, your package may be abandoned, destroyed or returned to us. We do not provide refunds for orders abandoned or destroyed. If a package is returned to us due to failure to pay duties, we will issue a refund, however, the original shipping costs will be deducted.  

When will I receive my items?

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive if within the US. International orders normally arrive within 5-12 days, however, certain countries may have longer processing times. 

What size should I buy?

We do our best to give size and fit recommendations for each individual style on our product pages. You can also see our size chart here

Can I make changes to my shipping address?

If there is a mistake in your shipping address please email info@gilrodriguez as soon as possible so that we may try to correct the issue before the order is processed and shipped. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you placed an order and wish to cancel, please contact info@gilrodriguez.com as soon as possible. Once we process the order it cannot be cancelled. 

What is your exchange and return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn items with tags within 14 days. Please note that we do not provide refunds for shipping and do not pay for return shipping. For more details, please refer to our POLICIES.

Do you have a store?

Yes! Our Los Angeles store is located in Silverlake at 3929 Fountain Avenue, Los Angeles CA 90029. Open 7 days a week from 11am - 6pm.
